When you submit an enquiry or order request, we collect your name, email address, phone number, suburb or delivery address, and any details you include in your message. We don't collect payment information through this website. Payment is arranged directly by invoice and bank transfer.
How we use it
We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange quotes, process orders, and organise delivery and installation. We don't sell or rent your contact information to other businesses for their own marketing.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, deliver enquiry emails and store business email. The website is hosted by Netlify, enquiries are transmitted through Netlify Forms and received in Google Workspace. These providers handle information under their own privacy and security terms.
How we store it
Enquiry details are stored securely and kept only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, where you become a customer, to support your order and warranty.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing contact@furneauxsaunas.com.au. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Cookies & analytics
We use basic Google Analytics to measure visits and understand which pages are useful. Advertising signals and personalisation are disabled, and we do not load Meta Pixel or Ahrefs tracking. You can turn analytics off at any time from the website footer or this page; the website works normally without it.
