Warranty

Backed by local support, not just paperwork

Every residential Furneaux sauna carries a 3-year warranty on all components. Commercial installations carry a 2-year warranty.

The warranty covers defects in materials or parts under normal use. It doesn't cover accidental damage, improper care, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised parts or servicing. Defective items are repaired or replaced at no cost during the warranty period.

Traditional and hybrid sauna heaters must be installed by a qualified, licensed electrician. That's a condition of the warranty on hardwired models. Electrical warranty claims may require a third-party inspection before repair or replacement.

Because we're a local Tasmanian business, warranty support means calling or emailing the same people who sold you the sauna, not a national call centre.
